Opened by Atlas Restaurant Group in January 2018, The Bygone is a 1920s-style grill serving contemporary American and French cuisine. Located at the top of the Four Seasons Hotel with sweeping, 360 degree views of Baltimore City, executive chef Matthew Oetting prepares an elaborate menu consisting of exquisite meats, seafood and vegetables, many prepared tableside. Featuring crushed velvet accents and leather-tufted banquettes, The Bygone offers a warm and welcoming respite reminiscent of a vintage social club, while the open rotisserie grill, signature whiskey bar (the largest selection in Maryland), expansive wine program and impressive list of craft cocktails add notes of contemporary flair.
